There is nothing to install. We set up your vessel, the crew logins and the modules you use with you, and copy your existing records in. How long the copy takes depends on how much you bring; we will plan it with you at the demo.

Hey Captain connects to the other platform’s API, or reads its Excel / CSV exports, and copies your equipment, maintenance tasks and history, crew, certificates, spares, LSA / FFE, drills, defects, charters, leave and bunkering. You see a preview first, nothing is written until you press Copy, rows already there are skipped, and each area can be undone.
Each crew login gets Hidden, View, Edit or Full for every module, with presets for deck, engineering and interior. Each vessel’s data is kept separate in the database itself, and the AI Assistant follows the same rules as the person using it.
