Calendar
One calendar for the vessel. Dates already held elsewhere in Hey Captain, such as charters, port calls, maintenance and certificate expiries, appear on it without being entered twice.
Key capabilities
What it does
- Charters, port calls and marina bookings shown across their dates
- Maintenance task due dates shown automatically
- Crew certificate, ship document and LSA / FFE expiry and service dates shown automatically
- Refit start and target dates, with overdue items flagged
- Scheduled drills from the drill programme and completed drills from the Drill Log
- Your own events added by tapping a date; each automatic event links back to the module it came from
- Month, week and day views, and a month overview with agenda exported as PDF

Try saying
Just ask the AI Assistant
- Add the class surveyor's visit on 12 November at 10:00.
- Move the owner's visit to the 20th.
Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.
Why it mattersCommitments and expiries already live in the modules where the work happens. The Calendar puts them on one view, so the captain does not have to keep a separate diary in step.
