Bunkering & Oil Record Book

Snap the bunker delivery note in the AI Assistant. It reads the BDN and proposes one card: the bunkering record, the fuel cost on the budget, a note in the logs and the Oil Record Book entry. You approve; the engineer signs the entry.

Key capabilities

What it does

  • Bunkering records with the delivery note attached
  • A BDN photo or PDF read by the AI Assistant and proposed as one card
  • Fuel cost posted to the budget's fuel line on approval
  • Oil Record Book Part I with the MARPOL Annex I codes A to I and their item numbers
  • AI entries saved unsigned: the officer in charge signs, the master countersigns
  • Other entries in one sentence, such as sludge to shore (code C)
  • Entries can be changed until they are signed; PDF export

Try saying

Just ask the AI Assistant

  • Fuel delivery this morning (with a photo of the BDN)
  • Sludge 1.2 m³ to shore in Antibes today

Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.

Why it matters

The paperwork after a bunkering is typed once from the BDN instead of four times. The Oil Record Book stays in MARPOL format, and nothing is signed for you.
