Inventory

Inventory lists the vessel's spares and consumables with quantity, minimum stock and location. Low and out-of-stock items show on the Dashboard.

Key capabilities

What it does

Status per item: OK, Low Stock, Out of Stock or On Order
Quantity, minimum stock, location, make and part number
Spares can be linked to the equipment they serve and marked critical
Tell the AI Assistant a part was used or received and it proposes the stock change
Logging maintenance through the AI can deduct the spare used in the same job
Low and out-of-stock counts on the Dashboard and the sidebar badge

Add 6 impellers for the starboard sea water pump, minimum stock 2, engine room store.

Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.

Why it matters

A missing filter or impeller can stop a passage. Stock levels sit next to the work that uses them, and shortages show up on the Dashboard.
