Crew Logins
Each crew member can have their own login. The captain or management decides, module by module, what each person can see and change.
Key capabilities
What it does
- Individual logins by email, with temporary passwords, password reset and deactivate / reactivate
- Four access levels per module: Hidden, View, Edit and Full, across more than thirty modules
- Presets to start from: View only, Deck, Engineering, Interior and Senior officer
- Permissions checked in the database itself, not only on screen
- The AI Assistant works within the same permissions as the person using it
- Named records: LSA / FFE checks and To Do assignments carry the crew member's name
- Last sign-in shown for each login

A vessel is run by a team. Separate logins mean each person sees what they need, and records show who did the work.
